Love these pants. They have an elastic waist band. There is and elastic band inside at the top. I love em. it does reallyy have much tummy control it's high waisted. Not only are these pants super super comfortable, but they also fit beautifully! But besides that, I basically wear these every other day lol I love them!!!! I’m even buying them in different colors!
